Welcome to Small Group Training at Peninsula Leisure!

Good on you for taking the next step in your health journey to become more active, happy and connected.

Our Small Group Training program is open to anyone at all levels of fitness, provides you with more accountability and the opportunity to work out with others in a personalised training environment.

Training Program

As part of your SGT membership you now have the option to choose a program to follow for you and other solo sessions in the week.

This program is available to you via our PARCFit App.

 

 

 

We’ve developed three structured training programs that cover all different types of goals for you to follow on the days you train by yourself. These are exclusive training programs for our SGT members only.

The programs will run for 6 week blocks and after you completed one block you can continue to the seclond block or hange programs if your goals lift.
