Welcome to Small Group Training at Peninsula Leisure!
Good on you for taking the next step in your health journey to become more active, happy and connected.
Our Small Group Training program is open to anyone at all levels of fitness, provides you with more accountability and the opportunity to work out with others in a personalised training environment.
Membership inclusions
Now you have a Small Group Training membership you have access to this entire portal of advice and tips to help get the most out of training, including:
- 6 week training programs to follow
- Nutrition advice
- Recipes
- Mindfulness
- Recovery tips
Our friendly personal training team should have already been in touch to organise your weekly Small Group Training session. Your trainer will add you to a Facebook chat group so that we can communicate with you in between sessions.
Please make sure you request to join our private Facebook Group where you’ll get additional tips and support from other members and trainers.
We recommend aside from your weekly 60 minute training session you also put the time into coming to the gym at least twice more a week. This will allow you to get the most out of what you are learning from your trainer and we have some structured programs you can follow.

Training Programs
As part of your SGT membership you now have the option to choose a program to follow for you and other solo sessions in the week.
This program is available to you via our PARCFit App.
The programs will run for 6 week blocks and after you completed one block you can continue to the seclond block or hange programs if your goals lift.

RECOMP
A weight training program to improve body composition and build muscle.

STRONG
A strength based program to get you stronger in the main lifts (squat, deadlift & bench press). Increase in strength.

A weight training and endurance based program to get you fitter, stronger and performing better.

Nutrition
At Peninsula Leisure we understand the importance of building a healthy relationship with food and nutrition, especially when you are being very active. Another unique element to your SGT membership is access to nutrition advice and delicious recipes!
