Small Group Training Member Seminar

Small Group Training members unite! Let’s get together, learn and inspire.  

Join us for our Spring Habits seminar where our trainers will educate you on habits you can set today, to achieve your personal goals tomorrow. This seminar is open to our Small Group Training Members!  

In this session we will cover:  

  • The importance of having lifestyle habits 
  • How to implement new habits into your lifestyle, with ease 
  • Why Spring is the time to set your rhythm!  
  • Why small daily actions have a big impact long-term! 

Event Details: 
Date: Tuesday 12 September 
Time: 6 – 7pm  
Where: PARC Creche 
Who: All current Small Group Training Members and newly signed Small Group Training members. 

 Sign up to our Small Group Training membership and book your spot into our Spring Habits Seminar! 

Spaces are limited. Bookings open 28 August via your Customer Portal under the “Group Exercise Classes” button.

– Allied Health Suites

CLOSED: Tuesday 9 December closures, 7.00am – 9.00am
– Main entrance – members and guests will be able to access the building via the Group Entry on the main carpark side of the building. Staff will be onsite to support and direct visitors.
– Cafe
– Sections of the gym floor including the stretching area and InBody Scan area. No machines will be impacted.

Our fabulous PARC Swim team had stations set up across the Centre for parents and students to interact with and learn all about the importance, and different kinds of water safety.

Upcoming closures at PARC 🏗️👷‍♂️
From Monday 8 to Friday 12 December, we’ll be replacing our main rooftop chiller unit. These works will require a crane on site. To keep our members and guests safe, we will be closing key areas of the building.

CLOSED: Monday 8 December closures, 7.00am – 3.30pm
– Warm Water Pool Hall, including spa, sauna and team room
– Group Exercise Studio 1
– Group Exercise Studio 2
– Allied Health Suites

The Main Pool Hall, Gym, Cycle Studio and Reformer Studio will be open as normal.
