Suspend My Membership

Thinking of suspending your membership?

Full Access & Aquatic Access Memberships

You can choose to suspend your ongoing membership for a maximum of 100 days each membership year without charge, as per your membership terms and conditions.

From Tuesday 11 November, you can Suspend your membership instantly via the Customer Portal. Learn more and how to do this yourself via our blog here.

For those members who prefer assistance, suspension requests are still able to be requested by providing us with 3 business days written notice of your intention to suspend, by completing the form below.

  • Suspensions must be for a minimum of 7 days and cannot be backdated.
  • Suspensions are not permitted within a membership cancellation notice period.
  • Membership suspension for PARC Swim membership is not available. Learn more about this change via this article

Personal or Small Group Training Memberships

You have the option to suspend your ongoing Personal Training or Small Group Training membership. Personal Training membership must be suspended for a minimum of one week at a time, in 1 week blocks. Small Group Training membership must be suspended for a minimum of two weeks at a time, in 1 week blocks, plus there is a maximum of 4 blocks per calendar year.

PARC Swim Memberships
