Now open: PARC member and user experience survey

You are invited to participate in our PARC member and user experience survey.

By participating in this survey, you will help us continue to improve our services, facilities and experiences here at PARC. This survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and is open until Sunday 26 October.

Peninsula Leisure is a child-friendly organisation and we want to hear from children as well as adults. If you have children who use PARC, we invite you to involve your children in providing answers to this survey.

Confidentiality
This survey is being conducted by Swinburne University, and all responses will be treated in strictest confidence.

All completed surveys go into the draw to win 1 of 3 $100 Rebel Sports vouchers. There are three prizes in total to be won. To be in the draw to win, please provide contact details at the end of the survey and the winner will be notified by email.
