Welcome to Xplor Recreation, our customer management portal, where you can manage your membership, book into a group exercise class, and book a Creche session all in one place.
What is Xplor Recreation?
Xplor Recreation is our customer and membership management software that uses cloud-based technology to help you get the most out of visiting PARC or Pines.
From the one Customer Portal you can book and manage your group exercise classes, look after your family members via the one account, including your PARC Swim needs, and purchase additional services should you wish.
We’re providing one place for all your PARC needs
- For Full Access members, you can access our Customer Portal for all your Group Exercise class bookings, Creche bookings and more.
- For Aquatic members, you have access to manage your memberships online. You can upgrade to a Full Access membership, book creche sessions and more.
- For PARC Swim members, you can access Xplor Recreation Customer Portal to view your child’s lesson details and progression.
- For PARC Creche parents, you are able to conveniently book and pay for multiple creche sessions in the one transaction on a pay as you go basis.
- And for all our casual visitors, you can purchase Group Exercise Classes and multi-visit passes online from the Xplor Recreation Customer Portal.

- You can see all your memberships in the one place through the family grouping feature – including PARC Swim!
- You can book into your favourite group exercise classes
- You can book in for a PARC Check-in appointment with a qualified trainer
- You can book and pay for your Creche spot at the same time as booking your group exercise class!
- You can view your account and transaction details
- You can update your own direct debit payment details
- You can pay for your PT sessions, if you’ve already got a trainer
- PARC Swim families can view assessments and progress in the same portal
