Spring into Your Pace at PARC

Spring into Your Pace at PARC

It’s the time of year where we start to shake off the winter hibernation and reset. We love Spring at PARC. The days become warmer and brighter, and we welcome a fresh start with the new season. It’s the perfect opportunity to step out of the slower rhythm of winter and focus on movement.

In the cooler months, it’s normal to slow down, and sometimes our exercise routines match a more relaxed pace. As we head into Spring, now is a good time to check in with yourself and see where you’re at.

Reset, Refresh and Reconnect

If you slowed down this winter or just wanting to move more and not sure where to start, our team is here to support you find Your Pace. This year, we’ve been encouraging our members and community to embrace health and wellbeing on your terms, and we’re here to help you set yourself up for Spring.

What do you want Your Pace to look like for the next few months?

Resetting Your Pace doesn’t need to be drastic, it can be small tweaks that support you in moving more.

Maybe you want to focus on building strength and incorporating a resistance training session into your routine. Or it could be practicing more mindfulness, and joining a Yoga or Body Balance class. It might be looking for lower impact exercises and getting in the pool to do some laps.

We’re here to support you reboot Your Pace this Spring

If you’re looking to reboot your routine, get motivated, or simply reconnect with how you want to feel, our dedicated PARC team is here to help you do it.

Here’s how PARC can support your Spring reset:

  • Free InBody composition analysis to track your progress.
  • Over 200 Group Exercise classes each week, with high to low impact classes, strength classes, cycle classes and more.
  • Dedicated Reformer Pilates Studio with both instructor led and on-demand classes to suit your schedule.
  • Relaxation and recovery facilities with our Warm Water Pool, Spa, Sauna and Steam Room
