Silent Wellness Classes

Silent Wellness Classes

Experience our mindbody classes in a whole new way. Clear your mind and switch off this busy Christmas period and join us for a range of silent outdoor classes. Supplied headsets will block out all sounds except the instructors voice and music; allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the movements.

Meet in the PARC Foyer

Classes will be held on the grass near the waterslides (weather dependent).

As we head into the warmer months, our PARC Swim team have focused on keeping water safety skills to help keep everyone safe at the beach this summer. 🌊

Water Safety Week is an important part of PARC Swim`s program and help to continue to build students confidence in the water.

Please note, the Warm Water Pool hall, including the pool, spa, sauna and steam room will be closed from 7am – 8.30am this Friday 6 December.

The works will also impact the carpark in the morning from 7am – 11am. Please allow extra time to find a carpark when visiting the Centre.

They are expected to reopen with the normal hours on Thursday 5 December.
