Meet the Flying Five 🏊

Say hello to Milla, Jemma, Paige, James and Bella.

The Flying Five have been getting together at PARC to train hard, as they have been selected to represent Australia for the 2025 Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) Commonwealth Lifesaving Championships, held from 10 – 13 July in Swansea, Wales.

We would like to say a massive congratulations to Milla, Jemma, Paige, James and Bella on all of their effort and dedication. To qualify and compete at this national level is such an achievement, and we love see you working hard as a team at PARC to realise your goals.

Well done to you all and best of luck at the RLSS Commonwealth Lifesaving Championships in July. We`ll be cheering for you!

It`s Men`s Health Week 🍎

We believe that exercise is the best medicine when it comes to improving both physical and mental health, and this week is a great opportunity to focus on how we can help men and boys stay healthy and active.

🛠 Female Downstairs Change Rooms Closure 🛠

As part of our tiling replacement project, the downstair Female Change Rooms will be closed for approximately 4 weeks, from Tuesday 10 June until Wednesday 2 July.

To accommodate the high number of female patrons using the upstairs facilities, the upstairs male change rooms will be temporarily designated as female change rooms.

Where to go?
Male patrons: Please use the Main Male Change Rooms located downstairs.
Female patrons: Please use the Upstairs change rooms during this period.

Our Assets and Facilities team have been hard at work, and the changerooms are now safer and in better condition for our community.
