How does the 30 Days of September work?

Following the PARC Your Way Challenge which ran in July and August, we have listened to your feedback and created a program tailored to your needs. Each day we will run 4 streams, to ensure we are covering all bases in terms of age, fitness level and ability.

What are our 4 streams?

BEGINNERS
This stream is for those new to exercise or new to the platform. The stream will feature ‘Learn the Move’ sessions and instructors will break down each workout to ensure you are using the right technique and maximising your workout.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
For our groupies, this stream is all about getting fit and strong. We cover all the popular classes, including HIIT Pilates, Full-Body Strength, Cardio, Core and more.

MINDFULNESS
Focus on your mental health with balance and meditation, Yin Yoga and a fun new live session – Mel in the Kitchen – from our resident naturopath.

FAMILY
And here’s something for you and your little people! Active Kids is available for different age groups, and we’re featuring Family Wellness Time every Saturday.

Each week we will focus on a key theme, to ensure we are focusing on you, your emotional connections with friends, family and PARC, your mental health, your fitness, your body fuel and your strength.

What is our focus theme for Week 1?

Our focus for week 1 is motivation! We are calling it ‘a nudge’, and we invite you to either give yourself ‘a nudge’ to try something new, or give a family member or friend ‘a nudge’ to get active at home by trying PARC Your Way, and participating in our 30 Day Challenge this September! One of the hardest parts of exercise is making time to do it, and motivating yourself to carve out that time. Week 1, kicking off on Tuesday 1 September, is going to be 100% focused on motivating you to make PARC Your Way a habit for the 30 days of September!

How much does the 30 Days of September cost?

It’s completely free. During this uncertain time, it’s important to feel connected, and do your best to stay active and focused on your health and wellbeing. That’s why we are providing this service to the entire community completely free of charge. Please share this with your friends, family and colleagues and give them ‘a nudge’ to join you for workouts online!
