PARC Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

SURVEY COMPLETED OCTOBER 2023

Thank you to all our members and guests who completed our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback is essential in helping us to continue to deliver exceptional experiences, programs and services here at PARC.

We have reviewed your feedback, and below is an infographic summary of the results.

Pleasingly, we saw increases across the overall likelihood to recommend PARC, and the likelihood to continue your PARC membership. We also loved seeing that when you think of PARC, “FUN” continues to be number one word that comes to mind, across all membership and casual visitor categories.

Areas for focus identified included facility maintenance, cleanliness and PARC Swim administration. You can learn more about what we are doing to improve in these areas in the results infographic.

As always, if you have something you want to share with us, please do so by visiting www.parc.peninsulaleisure.com.au/feedback anytime.

Learn to Save a Life: Restart a Heart Day at PARC ❤️

Join us on Saturday, October 12th, for Restart a Heart Day, a vital community event that raises awareness about cardiac arrest and empowers people with lifesaving CPR skills. Hosted by Monash University, this event will bring together children, adults, and healthcare professionals to help build a safer, more prepared community.

Did you know that only 1 in 10 people survive a cardiac arrest? Most cardiac arrests happen in the home, so learning how to act fast could save the life of someone you love. Restart a Heart day will teach you how to respond in just three simple steps: CALL, PUSH, SHOCK.

Drop by PARC on Saturday morning between 9am – 11am to learn from paramedics and paramedic students, who will be on hand to guide you through these critical steps and boost your confidence in delivering CPR. Every minute counts when restarting a heart – let’s work together to improve survival rates!
