Frankston Skate Park: Keep the Good Times Rolling

Last time we asked, you told us what’s working – and the survey results were awesome. Now we want your thoughts again, to help us keep delivering the skate park experience you love.

At Peninsula Leisure, we’re all about making Frankston Skate Park a place where skaters of every level can ride, hang, and feel part of the community. From events and coaching sessions to park upgrades and everyday maintenance, we’re focused on keeping your experience top-notch.

To track how we’re doing, we’re running a short Frankston Skate Park Pulse Survey.

What’s a pulse survey?

It’s a super quick 2–3 minute check-in. Tell us how you’re feeling about the park, what’s rad, and what could be even better. Short. Focused. Easy to complete.

Your feedback helps us measure visitor satisfaction, see what’s working well, pinpoint areas we can improve, and make sure our skate sessions, events, and facilities continue to meet your needs.

Frankston Skate Park is for everyone – kids, teens, families, beginners, and pros. If you’re visiting with friends or younger riders, get them involved too, their views are just as important.

The details

  • Takes just 2–3 minutes
  • Open until 26 April
  • Responses are confidential
  • Go in the draw to win 1 of 3 x $100 Rebel Sport vouchers (you’ll be prompted to leave contact details at the end if you’d like to enter)

Thanks for helping us keep Frankston Skate Park the place skaters love.

Your Frankston Skate Park and Peninsula Leisure Team

Aussie! Aussie! Aussie! 💚💛

This week, our PARC Swim team have organised some Commonwealth Games themed fun, to celebrate our Aussie athletes, who are absolutely dominating this year! 🥇

To celebrate, our PARC Swim teachers will include a small segment in this week’s lessons, using our snakes and ladders game, aligning a swimming activity with a participating sporting event 🏊🏃

Make sure to check out our activity table, and show support for Australia, or any other participating country by wearing their colours to your lesson this week!
Have you heard of Habit Stacking? 🤔

It's a great way to add movement into your day by pairing small exercises with habits you already do - helping you be active and achieve 30-20-2, even when life is busy!

You can incorporate simple exercises into your daily task, such as:
- Squats while the kettle boils - turn waiting time into movement time.
- Calf raises while brushing your teeth - two minutes of strength, twice a day.
- Lunges down the hallway - every trip becomes a mini workout.
- Marching on the spot while folding laundry- complete some of your vigorous or moderate exercise every trip.
- Glute squeezes while sitting at your desk - perfect for busy workdays.

Remember, all movement counts 🙌

For more information about 30-20-2, or helpful resources and workouts to get you moving, head to our Digital Hub.
