2 Minutes. Big impact. Have your say on PARC Swim.

We’ve been working hard to improve the PARC Swim experience – and now we’d love to know how we’re going.

At Peninsula Leisure, we’re committed to continually lifting the quality of our swim program at PARC. From customer service to lesson delivery, communication and progression pathways, we’re focused on making every visit better.

To help us track our progress, we’re launching a short PARC Swim Pulse Survey.

What’s a pulse survey?

It’s a quick 2–3 minute check-in designed to understand how satisfied you are and whether the improvements we’ve introduced are making a difference. Short. Focused. Easy to complete.

Your insights help us measure improvements in customer satisfaction, identify what’s working well, pinpoint areas we can refine further, and ensure our swimming lessons continue to meet your needs and expectations – whether your child is just starting out or progressing through the levels, your experience truly matters.

We want to hear from families

Peninsula Leisure is a child-friendly organisation, and we encourage you to involve your children in answering the survey where appropriate. Their perspective on their swim lessons is incredibly valuable.

 The details

  • Takes just 2–3 minutes
  • Open until 26 April
  • Responses are confidential
  • Go in the draw to win 1 of 3 x $100 Rebel Sport vouchers. (You’ll be prompted to leave contact details at the end if you’d like to enter the prize draw.)

Aussie! Aussie! Aussie! 💚💛

This week, our PARC Swim team have organised some Commonwealth Games themed fun, to celebrate our Aussie athletes, who are absolutely dominating this year! 🥇

To celebrate, our PARC Swim teachers will include a small segment in this week’s lessons, using our snakes and ladders game, aligning a swimming activity with a participating sporting event 🏊🏃

Make sure to check out our activity table, and show support for Australia, or any other participating country by wearing their colours to your lesson this week!
Have you heard of Habit Stacking? 🤔

It's a great way to add movement into your day by pairing small exercises with habits you already do - helping you be active and achieve 30-20-2, even when life is busy!

You can incorporate simple exercises into your daily task, such as:
- Squats while the kettle boils - turn waiting time into movement time.
- Calf raises while brushing your teeth - two minutes of strength, twice a day.
- Lunges down the hallway - every trip becomes a mini workout.
- Marching on the spot while folding laundry- complete some of your vigorous or moderate exercise every trip.
- Glute squeezes while sitting at your desk - perfect for busy workdays.

Remember, all movement counts 🙌

For more information about 30-20-2, or helpful resources and workouts to get you moving, head to our Digital Hub.
