We are 100% committed to supporting our members to be active, happy and connected.

That’s why we offer the opportunity to chat to our expert trainers whenever you feel like you need to push yourself further, give yourself a boost of motivation, or just need help starting out in the gym for the very first time.

A PARC Health Club appointment is included FREE for all Full Access PARC members, and are tailored to you and your goals, so whatever support you need, it’s time to book one in!

PARC Start

Get off to the best start at PARC. We recommend that one of the first things you do as a Full Access member is book in for a PARC Start appointment to develop a personalised workout plan tailored to your specific needs. PARC Start appointments are free and included as a membership benefit.

Your PARC Start Appointment will include:

  • Goal setting for results and behaviour change
  • InBody composition analysis
  • Recommendation of classes and gym program suited for your needs
  • Tips to help you stay motivated and on track
  • Further information about special programs we offer
  • Ongoing support from our dedicated trainers

PARC Check In

Time to update your workout plan? Our check in appointments ensure that your current workout doesn’t get to the point where it feels stale. Our trainers will meet with you, see how you are progressing against your goals, and will mix up your program, suggest new classes for you to try, and show you alternative exercises you can add to maximise your efforts.

A PARC Check in can be so valuable, particularly if you have specific goals for your health. It is also completely FREE to Full Access members and ensures you get the most out of your membership. We recommend you do your first Check in 6 weeks after your PARC Start, and then 6 – 8 weekly as you progress towards your goals.

PARC Nourish

Our Nourish education appointments provide support around healthy food choices, macro nutrients and goal setting. In these sessions we start with food basics by looking at how you are currently fuelling your body, and you’ll learn about macros, food groups, and the Australian Dietary Guidelines to improve your diet for your goals. This is a free 60minute session for all Full Access members.
