Price Adjustment – Casual Entry Fees 

Please be aware that PARC casual entry prices will be subject to a small adjustment, effective 1 July 2025. 

Price adjustments will take effect across casual entry and additional services such as casual Group Exercise, Personal Training and Small Group Training. 

This change aligns with current market conditions and allows us to continue investing in the programs, services and facilities that benefit the Frankston community.

Meet Natalie 👋 

When Natalie wanted to start weight training but wasn’t sure where to begin, she joined Small Group Training to learn the right technique and build confidence. "I wanted to start weight training but also understand the importance of getting technique right to avoid injury, so I thought Small Group Training was a great place to start.” 

Now, she trains twice a week with her group, plus a solo session and has found what keeps her focused and accountable “It’s motivating training with other women who also want to get stronger and being able to celebrate each other’s achievements.” 

Natalie has been celebrating all her wins and the progress she has made - “I'm proud of my improvements for both hip thrusts and dumbbell bench press and that I kept coming all through Winter.”
