PARC’s 8 Week Challenge is back!

When the weather turns cool it’s harder to motivate yourself to exercise. If this sounds familiar, challenge yourself in the next round of our 8 Week Challenge! 

  • Are you looking for some accountability with your training?
  • Love a challenge?
  • Want to meet and connect with a close group to train and motivate each other?

Then our Small Group Training membership is for you. Small Group Training has been designed for members that enjoy training together in a smaller group setting. We’ve integrated our 8 Week Challenge into this membership, meaning FREE and priority access.

Our next 8 Week Challenge kicks off on Monday 26 July, and included is:

  • An affordable personalised training option
  • 1 x 60minute Group Training session each week for 8 weeks, allowing you to see and experience progress each week!
  • Connect with your small group to motivate and inspire
  • Dedicated education portal and support to ensure you are maximising your workouts
  • Goal setting, complete with body scans

As the days get shorter and it gets darker earlier, we want to remind our members and patrons to please be safety conscious when arriving or leaving the facility.

Please remember to lock your car, don’t leave valuables visible in clear sight in your car, and keep your personal belongings in a locker while in Centre. 

We encourage all patrons to be extra vigilant with their belongings.

COMING SOON: The My Purpose Challenge! 

As the weather continues to cool, it can be difficult to find the motivation needed to keep up with routines. We want to support you with some inspiration. 

Join the My Purpose Challenge - Come to PARC at least twice a week over the 6 weeks of the Challenge & get your card stamped each time you visit. Complete your 16 visits and go into the draw to win. You can also set your own goals to remind you of your Purpose at PARC.
