About Tracey
Tracey is a member of the Leadership team and manages the Small Group Training program. A program she is passionate about, as it enables members to develop sustainable healthy habits progressively. Building a strong foundation of the main compound movements like the squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press and so much more. ‘Working on technique and form is fundamental to becoming stronger, changing your body shape and keeping injury-free.’
‘A little bit about myself, I’m a mum of one who lives locally. My passion is lifting weights and keeping strong for quality of life. ‘I get great personal satisfaction helping people to not fear lifting weights but to help them fall in love with it and to reap the benefits, especially as we age.’
Its Tracey’s personal goal to introduce weight training to as many people as possible, especially women. She is passionate about helping her clients unleash their true potential through strength training, and showing her clients what a little hard work, consistency and the right direction in their training, can actually achieve. “My goal is to help my clients become stronger physically and mentally, whilst improving their confidence in and out of the gym.”
Tracey knows the importance to upskill frequently and learn methods from expert coaches within the industry by attending seminars and workshops. She has recently completed an advanced Coaching Mentorship with an expert Australian coach and her second certification in nutrition. Tracey is Peninsula Leisure’s Personal Trainer of the Year for 2022 and has been nominated for the Industry awards for 2023.
