Tatyana has recently gone through her own weight loss journey and draws upon personal experiences and professional knowledge to help others enjoy a balanced healthy lifestyle.
Tatyana is also a Group Fitness Instructor who runs a range of cardio and strength group classes. She enjoys encouraging others to move their body and get out of their comfort zone in a gym setting.
Tatyana has a background in Public Health and Health Promotion and has worked in the Disability Sector for 2 years. She has experience supporting clients with physical and intellectual disabilities through daily living activities, exercise and fitness.
Tatyana enjoys weight training and giving others the confidence to lift some heavy weights! She is passionate on educating client’s the reasoning behind their programs and giving them the tools to implement healthy habits in and out of the gym.
