Nic has been in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years, her passion is to help people achieve their goals, push through any boundaries and believe in themselves.
Nic loves working with children, keeping them active and most importantly having fun. Nic loves working with all demographics but especially older adults helping to improve strength, flexibility, cardio and injury prevention. Nic’s aim is to help build client’s build strength and keep them moving.
