Gym Instructor Christine has worked in the Fitness Industry for 18 years. She has written gym programmes, trained Personal Training clients, taken Bootcamps, outdoor run groups, boxing , and 1 on 1 Reformer Pilates , whilst working in a variety of gyms and a PT studio. She loves the vibe at PARC ! The staff are so supportive to other staff, and members .She loves helping members build their strength . She played basketball until she was in her 30s .Then participated in the 90s aerobic classes boom when her children were small.
Since changing careers from banking to the fitness industry in 2001, she has finished many fun runs up to 10k distance. Also fun and sprint distance triathlons ,and lots of road cycling events such as Round the Bay in a Day 100ks, and the Great Ocean Road classic 145ks Christine loves to work 1 on 1 , or 2 on 1 with Personal Training in helping members working towards, and achieving their personal goals. She has worked with a variety of fitness levels and age groups over the years, and has patience and understanding, to work with clients Injuries and abilities in a safe and progressive manner.
Christine won Personal Trainer of the Year 2015 for Snap Fitness Australia She loves to cycle on paths and mountain trails, indoor cycling classes, strength training, pilates reformer , body balance classes and hiking in her fitness routine.
