Chris has worked with a diverse range of clients since starting in the fitness industry in 2004, from children to older adults. She has developed the skills to cater for beginners through to experienced gym users, and specialises in short to long distance running programming.
Chris believes that success comes through the balance of a healthy mindset, healthy eating, and enjoyable exercise. She is a passionate runner and often competes in half marathons and recreational running in her spare time.
