Enjoy the flexibility of Reformer Pilates on your schedule with our Virtual Kiosk and On-Demand Access Sessions. These sessions allow you to work out at a time and for a duration that suits you.

Virtual Kiosks: Seven beds are equipped with Virtual Kiosks. Each Kiosk has over 800 workouts, with many different formats. Simply book your Virtual Kiosk Bed (outside of live class times), then scan your band on the way in. Please remember to bring Bluetooth headphones so you can hear the Virtual Instruction.

On-Demand Access: Nine beds are set up to be used freestyle, on your own, outside of live class times. Simply book your On-Demand Bed (outside of live class times), then scan your band on the way in.

Seven beds are equipped with kiosks. Book your spot, bring Bluetooth headphones, and choose from over 800 workouts. We recommend watching the introductory video to help you set up your reformer bed and if you’re new to reformer, starting with the Beginner series.

Virtual Kiosk classes can be booked via the Xplor member portal or the Xplor app. Simply choose the PARC Reformer booking calendar, select your day, and preferred start time. You will be assigned a specific Reformer Bed for your virtual class and you will need to ensure this is the bed that you use when you arrive for your class. There will not be any instructor or class plan available for you to follow. This service is recommended for members with good prior experience of PARC Reformer.

How far in advance can I book?

Bookings open 74 hours before the class for Full Access members.

Bookings open for non-members 2 hours prior to each class.

What happens if I miss a class?

To help ensure everyone has the best chance of getting into a class, we ask members to cancel at least 2 hours in advance if they can’t make it. If you late cancel (within 2 hours) or no-show three times, your online booking access will be paused for one week – though you’ll still be able to book through reception. This helps us maximise class availability and keep things fair for all members.
