PARC Christmas and new year operating hours

Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas from everyone at PARC. Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year! We will have a change in operation hours over the Christmas and new year period. Please find our hours for PARC, PINES and SKATE over the silly season below. 

PARC Centre opening hours
Friday 20 December – Monday 22 December: Normal hours 
Christmas Eve Tuesday 24 December: 5am – 6pm  
Christmas Day Wednesday 25 December: Closed  
Boxing Day Thursday 26 December: 7am – 7pm  
Friday 27 December – Monday 30 December: Normal hours  
New Years Eve Tuesday 31 December: 5am – 6pm  
New Year’s Day Wednesday 1 January: 7am – 7pm  

Waterslide opening hours 

From Monday 23 December (excluding Christmas eve, public holidays): weekdays 10am-7pm, weekends 10am-6pm
Christmas Eve Tuesday 24 December: 10am – 6pm  
Christmas Day Wednesday 25 December: Closed  
Thursday 26 December: Public holiday hours 10am – 6pm  
Thursday 27 December – Monday 30 December: weekdays 10am-7pm, weekends 10am-6pm

Frankston Skate Park staffed hours

Christmas Day, Wednesday 25 December: No staff hours
Thursday 26 December: 12pm – 6pm
New Years Eve, Tuesday 31 December: 12pm-6pm 
New Years Day, Wednesday 1 January: Public holiday hours 12pm-6pm 
School holidays:

  • Monday to Friday: 12pm-6pm 
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11am-7pm 

PARC Swim 

Lessons will finish on Sunday 22 December. We will be busy over the school holidays preparing for the start of Term 1, when lessons resume on Tuesday 28 January. 

Group Exercise 

Please note that for Group Exercise, we will have a limited instructor led timetable available over the Christmas period. Throughout January we will slowly ramp up the number of instructor led classes. You can view the timetable via the Customer Portal here

Childcare  

Please note, we have made the decision to permanently close the PARC Childcare service, with the final day of operation to be Friday, 20 December 2024. You can learn more about this major service update here

Gear up for an epic day of action! 🛹

The 2026 Skate Park Leagues (SPL) competition is coming to Frankston Skate Park on Saturday 21 March 2026! Skateboarders, scooter riders and BMX riders will hit the ramps and rails, competing for local bragging rights and earning points toward the Victorian Metro Series League Ladders. 

Date: Saturday 21 March 2026 
Time: 11am – 4pm 
Who: Riders of all ages and abilities
Location: Frankston Skate Park – 16N Cranbourne Road, Frankston VIC 3199 (behind PARC) 
Cost: Free to participate and spectate

Still buzzing from the Waterfront Festival! 🎡 

What an absolutely incredible event! A massive congratulations to our Frankston Skatepark team for pulling off such an massive activation. It was fantastic to see so many local riders on the half pipe, and seeing our community rally around them and enjoying the mini skate lessons! 

Rotary Peninsula 2.0's annual Duck Derby was full of fun and chaos! It was so much fun cheering on our very own duck, Percy and Hydro, to the finish line. 

Thank you so much @waterfrontfest for having us! We can’t wait for next year!
