Peninsula Leisure named finalist in 2026 Business Excellence Awards

We’re excited to share that Peninsula Leisure has been named a Top 5 finalist in two categories at the 2026 Frankston & Mornington Peninsula Business Excellence Awards!

Our nominations recognise the impact our teams make across the community, with finalists in:

  • Community Impact & Engagement – Pines Forest Aquatic Centre
  • Education Excellence – Can Swim Water Safety Education

These nominations celebrate the people, programs and community connections that make a difference across our facilities, helping more people stay active, happy and connected.

A huge congratulations to everyone involved in Pines Forest Aquatic Centre and Can Swim. It’s fantastic to see their hard work and commitment to our community recognised.

Help our much-loved Pines Outdoor Pool win the People’s Choice Award!

There’s more exciting news!

As a finalist, Pines Forest Aquatic Centre is also in the running for the People’s Choice Award, and we’d love your support to help Pines Pool take home the win.

Whether you’re a regular swimmer, enjoy our free community events or have fond memories of a summer at Pines, we’d love you to cast your vote.

How to vote:

  1. Visit the Frankston & Mornington Peninsula Business Excellence Awards website.
  2. Fill in your details.
  3. Select Pines Forest Aquatic Centre (Peninsula Leisure) from the drop-down menu and click Submit.

That’s it! It only takes a minute, and every vote helps.

The Awards ceremony takes place on Friday 20 November 2026. We’ll be cheering on our teams and sharing the results, so stay tuned!

Thank you to our staff, members and wider community for being part of what makes Peninsula Leisure special.
