PARC Member and User Experience Survey

You are invited to participate in our PARC member and user experience survey.

By participating in this survey, you will help us continue to improve our services, facilities and experiences here at PARC. This survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and is open until Sunday 12 May.

Peninsula Leisure is a child-friendly organisation and we want to hear from children as well as adults. If you have children who use PARC, we invite you to involve your children in providing answers to this survey.

Confidentiality

This survey is being conducted by Swinburne University, and all responses will be treated in strictest confidence.

Prize draw

As an incentive, all completed surveys go into the draw to win 1 of 3 $100 Rebel Sport Vouchers. To be in the draw to win, you will need to provide preferred contact details at the end of the survey and the winner will be notified by email.

Please note the Aquatic Playground will be closed for planned maintenance from Tuesday 21 May – Thursday 23 May, reopening Friday 24 May.

The planned maintenance will include the installation of the slip resistance matting that will ensure our Playground remains a safe and fun space for our visitors.
