Bring a Mum to PARC for FREE this Mother’s Day!

Mother’s day is just around the corner and we have the perfect treat planned for all you amazing Mums out there!

Spoil a special Mum in your life by bringing her to PARC this weekend so she can enjoy some ‘me time’. Whether it’s your own amazing Mum or a special mother figure in your life, they are all welcome to enjoy a fun workout, a dip in the pool or even just some relaxation time in the spa.

Visit us any time on Friday 6 May – Sunday 8 May, and our friendly reception team will organise the rest!

Note – offer is valid for 1 free entry per mum figure when visiting with a paying guest or member.

One month to go – PINES is back open Sunday 1 November! 🙌💚

Mark the date in your calendars, our sister Centre PINES is set to open for what is guaranteed to be another incredible summer by the pool on Sunday 1 November.

It’s been a longer winter, and we are excited to count down the days until we welcome our amazing community back for another season at our loved outdoor pool.

Our PINES team are working hard in preparation for Sunday 1 November, and we cannot wait to open the gates again.

A foundation member and instructor since 2018, Belinda is passionate about building connection through group exercise. Belinda teaches Bodyattack, Bodystep and Core!

On the stage she loves bringing out the best in every individual, and then turning that energy into a supportive, motivating community where everyone can thrive. Off the the stage, she`s happiest in the garden or kitting after dinner.
