FLY INTO SCHOOL HOLIDAYS WITH HYDRO’S HEROES

This January school holidays, PARC is inviting all our mini members to put your superpowers to the test and become one of Hydro’s Heroes! From Monday 11th January to Friday 22nd January there will be heaps of fun activities for the kids as well as everyone’s favourite water obstacle course, Splashy, at PARC. Between 11am and 3pm every weekday, our younger visitors can enjoy a splash about in our pools, have fun around the aqua playground and experience our exhilarating waterslides! Plus, free bookings are available for our Splashy obstacle course, we have balloon entertainment as well as arts and crafts to take home! It’s a holiday program not to be missed. It`s Men`s Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day:
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week
😄 Exercise with friends!

Congratulations to all of our members who have worked so hard over the last 4 weeks. It`s been AMAZING seeing so many members take on the challenge, and achieving their 30-20-2!

Don`t forget to hand your card in by Sunday this week to go in in the draw to win one of our PARC Winter scarves.

Supporting Our Community: Free Period Products available at PARC

We’re excited to be part of the Victorian Government’s Free Pads and Tampons in Public Places Program, and have two new smart sanitary dispenser`s product installed in our change rooms.

How the dispensers work:

🧡 Products are dispensed free of charge
🧡 Simply follow the instructions displayed on the front of the machine
🧡 A short delay between dispenses helps ensure fair access and reduces wastage

We’re proud to be participating in this program and helping support our community. By providing free access to essential products, we’re ensuring our members and guests can focus on their health and wellbeing without added barriers.
