Book your PARC Swim summer intensives now

PARC Swim is excited to announce the launch of our Summer Intensive Program! It`s Men`s Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day:
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week
😄 Exercise with friends!

We`ve got an intergalactic adventure waiting for Aquanauts, big and small these school holidays. If you`re looking to escape the cold (and boredom), head down to PARC and check out all the fun we have in store:

Supporting Our Community: Free Period Products available at PARC

We’re excited to be part of the Victorian Government’s Free Pads and Tampons in Public Places Program, and have two new smart sanitary dispenser`s product installed in our change rooms.

How the dispensers work:

🧡 Products are dispensed free of charge
🧡 Simply follow the instructions displayed on the front of the machine
🧡 A short delay between dispenses helps ensure fair access and reduces wastage

We’re proud to be participating in this program and helping support our community. By providing free access to essential products, we’re ensuring our members and guests can focus on their health and wellbeing without added barriers.
