What to Bring
Your child will need to bring:
- Bathers.
- Towel.
- Pair of goggles.
- Swim cap (optional but is great for protecting the hair and keeping it out of the face).
- Long hair should be securely tied back.
- Shower before entering the pool.
- Membership band.
- Always listen to our Pool Supervision team, our lifeguards are here to keep our facilities and you safe.
- During summer you can also enjoy our outdoor pool at Pines Forest Aquatic Centre.
- Make sure you are familiar with our Watch Around Water policy.
For children in our Tadpole classes (parent in the water), all MUST wear a swim nappy under their bathers. Durable cloth swim nappies with elasticated legs and waist are the preferred option as they are designed to prevent leakage. Whilst disposable swim nappies are a cheap option, they only stay secure in the water for a short amount of time. As we have to close the pool in the event of a faecal incident which in turn disrupts the lessons, it is strongly advised to wear the cloth nappy. These can be purchased from many online retailers as well as here at PARC.

Where to go
When you arrive at PARC and have your child with you, use your coloured band to go through the turnstiles and head to the changerooms and then to the pool. You will have received an email with the location of your class as well as the teacher name but if in doubt, please see one of our Deck Supervisors in the red shirts on poolside or check the map below that has all the lanes highlighted!
