Congratulations on taking steps to feel more active, happy and connected at our facilities.
This area is for all our new members providing you with everything you need to know about your membership and how to make the most of it!

Don’t forget as a PARC member you get access to ALL our facilities and online programs:

We have recently launched a new CUSTOMER PORTAL, making managing your membership and bookings so much easier.

On our portal you will be able to:

  • Manage your membership online
  • Book into Group Exercise classes
  • Manage your financial information
  • Book into a PARC appointment with one of our trainers!

As a first step, we recommend visiting the CUSTOMER PORTAL INFO page for instructional videos on how to use the platform and lots of FAQs answered.

Before your first visit

If you purchased your membership online, please book a time to meet with our Sales Consultants at PARC to finalise your membership, including;

  • Picking up your wrist access band and parking permit
  • Getting a photo for our membership system
  • Showing you how to make bookings in the Customer Portal
  • Access to a tour around the Centre if you wish

New members orientation sessions

We hold new member seminars every Wednesday at 10.30am and Thursdays at 5.30pm. This is where we talk to you about how to make the most of your membership, including:

  • Using our new Customer Portal to book appointments
  • A tour of our gym and studios
  • How to use lockers
  • Info on personal training, PARC Fit programs and small group training upgrades

Make the most of your membership with a PARC Start appointment

We also strongly encourage all Full Access members book in for a PARC Start Appointment, to get started on the right foot and stay motivated along your journey. A PARC Start is an appointment where you will be able to discuss your goals, and receive a personalised fitness plan developed with one of our friendly trainers to ensure you achieve.

  • Goal setting for results and behaviour change
  • InBody composition analysis
  • Recommendation of classes and gym program suited for your needs
  • Tips to help you stay motivated and on track
  • Further information about special programs we offer
  • Ongoing support from our dedicated trainers

Hold yourself accountable with our Personal Training options, it’s a great way to gain knowledge and support on your health journey.

We want our members to feel empowered when exercising and our trainers can provide that added boost of motivation that we all sometimes need.

What to bring

Help us to keep our Peninsula Leisure facilities fun, safe and enjoyable spaces for all members.

  • Bring a sweat towel – no towel, no workout
  • Bring your drink bottle
  • Bring your membership band
  • Check Parking Permit is on your car dash and has the correct date
  • Your own yoga mat (if you wish)
  • Heart rate monitor/ fitness tracker (if you wish)
  • Don’t forget if you want to supplement your workouts with extra sessions in the comfort of your own home with our online program PARC PLUS!

When you visit

Free Member car parking

Every member receives a car park permit in their welcome pack which gives you 3 hours free of parking at PARC. Make sure you bring this every time you visit and see our reception when it expires. There is also free parking at Pines Forest Aquatic Centre.

Parking costs at PARC

The cost for parking is $2 for 1 hour, $4 for 2 hours and $8 for 3 hours, if you’ve forgotten your permit.

Lockers

You will find lockers available throughout PARC and on the pool deck. Your membership band will allow you to access to the lockers for free so you can securely lock your belongings away.
Follow instruction signage at the lockers for access.

Cafe delights

Treat yourself to a pre-workout energy booster, post workout smoothie, or grab a healthy snack on the go. Make sure you say hello to our awesome Café crew in your first few visits, we guarantee you it will become a regular part of your PARC routine!

Refer a friend

Share the LOVE with PARC with our Member Referral Program

Working out and exercising with friends helps everyone become more happy and connected, so consider introducing your friends to PARC. When they join, we’ll say thanks with a $50 Peninsula Leisure referral gift. You can use your gift voucher to try additional services such as Personal Training, or grab something from Café or retail.
