Your Pace – setting your intention for 2025

Woman and Personal Trainer looking at treadmill and talking about how to set intentions and goals for 2025

This year is all about your health and wellbeing on your terms, and we believe that your journey is as individual as you are. It’s about pacing yourself over the year, not ‘emptying the tank’ in summer and burning out too quickly. It’s time to move towards success at a pace you set yourself. So, let’s start by setting your Pace at PARC with a Pace Phrase!

What’s a Pace phrase? Your Pace Phrase is a word that best describes your health and fitness goals or intention for 2025. It can be whatever you want! Whether you want to focus on progression, or maybe setting up a consistent routine, to wanting more balance in your life, your word sets your pace.

Here are a few ideas to inspire you:

  • Progress Progressing towards beating your personal best in the gym or advancing to the next stage of swimming classes.
  • Balance – Finding balance in your life, by prioritising mental and emotional health through physical well-being.
  • Strength – Building physical strength and mental resilience to overcome whatever challenges you may face.
  • Community – A year of finding new friends or reconnecting with those who motivate and support your health and fitness goals.
  • Me! – Perhaps it’s simply you, finding your happy place and being the best version of yourself.

Ask yourself, what Pace phrase describes your health and fitness goals this year? As you explore your Pace remember the PARC team is here to support you every step of the way with a range of options to match your Pace phrase.
