What is Small Group Training?
Our Small Group Training membership is an ideal personal training option for people who want more accountability with their training and love working out with others. It is an affordable option, and offers support and guidance so you can train with purpose to reach your goals.

Our Health and Fitness team are excited to support you in reaching your health goals and have organised free sessions for Full Access members to experience Small Group Training.
These sessions are open to our Full Access members, and can be booked via our Customer Portal here.
