Dive into water safety and enrol in swimming lessons  

Secure your spot for term 1 2025 with a PARC Swim Start in-water assessment   

Whether you are at the start of your swimming lesson journey or you’re well on your way and looking to refine your strokes, our PARC Swim membership is here to help. Our dedicated swimming teachers will ensure your child, or you as an adult learning to swim, have the skills and confidence needed to be safer, more competent swimmers.  

Book in for a PARC Swim Start in-water assessment  

To ensure a great start to your swimming experience with us, we offer complimentary PARC Swim Start in-water assessments. During these sessions we will get you in the pool, assess your or your child’s skills in the water and place members in the right level for your age and skill level. You will also get to meet a few of the PARC Swim Team and experience the facility firsthand.  

PARC Swim membership benefits  

Included in our PARC Swim membership, students have unlimited access to PARC and PINES, our seasonal outdoor facility, outside of their weekly swimming classes for play and practise.  

Our PARC Swim team provides a structured program that groups by age and skill, and we complete assessments each term to assist development and progression. Students will also be offered make-up classes, if they are unwell or unable to attend. This ensures that the student doesn’t miss out on important lessons and skill development.

That's a wrap on our 30-20-2 Movement Challenge! 🤩

Congratulations to all of our members who have worked so hard over the last 4 weeks. It's been AMAZING seeing so many members take on the challenge, and achieving their 30-20-2!

Supporting Our Community: Free Period Products available at PARC 

We’re excited to be part of the Victorian Government’s Free Pads and Tampons in Public Places Program, and have two new smart sanitary dispenser's product installed in our change rooms. 

How the dispensers work:

🧡 Products are dispensed free of charge 
🧡 Simply follow the instructions displayed on the front of the machine 
🧡 A short delay between dispenses helps ensure fair access and reduces wastage 

We’re proud to be participating in this program and helping support our community. By providing free access to essential products, we’re ensuring our members and guests can focus on their health and wellbeing without added barriers.

It’s been so amazing to see so many members of our PARC Fam take on the challenge over the last four weeks! If you completed the AMRAP in Week 1, make sure to do it again this week and record your results to get an extra entry into the prize draw.

We are excited to share our digital hub and help you to build more movement into your daily life. Filled with practical tools, our digital hub supports you to understand our weekly activity formula of 30‑20‑2. 

We are making activity more fun, social, accessible and enjoyable, no matter your age, ability or starting point.
