Welcome to the PL Xplor App

Your Peninsula Leisure experience on the go!

In February 2023, we launched the Xplor Customer Portal, making it easy for you to manage your and your family’s activities, bookings and memberships at our facilities.

The next step in our digital journey is here – the Peninsula Leisure Xplor App! This App enhances your experience and becomes an important companion to the Customer Portal.

Here’s what you can do with the Peninsula Leisure Xplor App:

  • Book single drop-in events, including all your Group Exercise classes and some other services.
  • Withdraw from single events if your plans change. Remember to cancel at least 2 hours prior to your session.
  • View all your bookings in one place with the Schedules feature (including PARC Swim, personal training, appointments and more).
  • View personal contact information for yourself and family members in your account.
  • View details and status of your and your families memberships.

How to access the app

The app is available for Apple iOS and Google Android users.

Before using the Peninsula Leisure Xplor app, you will first need to set up your access and password to the Xplor Customer Portal. If you need assistance setting up your Customer Portal, please see our friendly customer service team for assistance or contact us at member.experience@peninsulaleisure.com.au.  

Ready to get started with the app? Download the Peninsula Leisure Xplor App and take your Peninsula Leisure experience on the go! To access the app, use the same login information as your Customer Portal. 

 

 

 

 

Do I still need to use the Xplor customer portal?

Yes. The app works as a companion to the Customer Portal. You will still need to use your Customer Portal for: 

  • updating personal and financial information  
  • updating direct debit payment details
  • paying outstanding invoices
  • purchasing memberships  
  • Booking PARC Swim ongoing classes and make-ups
  • booking specific appointments such as Health Club appointments or Sales Tours.
