PARC Customer Satisfaction Survey results – October 2024

Thank you to all our members and guests who participated in our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Your feedback is crucial in helping us enhance the exceptional experiences, programs, and services we offer at PARC.

We have reviewed your feedback, and HERE is an infographic summary of the results.  

Pleasingly, we saw increases in: 

  • Overall satisfaction with PARC
  • Overall likelihood to recommend PARC
  • Overall Communication Satisfaction
  • Overall Facilities Satisfaction
  • Feelings of safety, comfort and or support from lifeguards
  • op word recall when you think of PARC: FIT FUN FRIENDLY CONVENIENT CLEAN

Areas for focus identified in this survey include availability and access to aquatic facilities, and aquatic specific group exercise classes. You can learn more about what we are doing to improve in these areas in the results infographic.

New virtual classes have been added to PARC PLUS on the Technogym app. Follow along as we show you where to find them.

Not a member? That`s ok! Enjoy our PARC PLUS community access with loads of workouts led by our much loved instructors. It`s available to anyone who wants to be active.

You can access PARC Plus through the TechnoGym app or via the website.

It’s nothing but net upstairs in the gym right now. Warm up before your workout and see how many hoops you can get in 60 seconds. Speak with our friendly team in the gym about joining the Swish club.

Warning side effects include fun, laughter and becoming incredibly good at basketball. 😂

🏊 We’re reopening the Main Pool Hall early 🏊

Great news. Our Main Pool Hall is reopening one week earlier than planned, on Monday 11 August!

Thanks to the early arrival of parts and a smooth install of our new boiler, we’re getting you back in the water sooner than planned – with warmer, more consistent heating across pools and showers.

What’s back open on Monday 11 August?
🏊‍♀️ 50m Pool – Lap swimming, PARC Swim lessons, Aqua classes & User Groups
💦 Learn to Swim Pool – PARC Swim lessons resume
💙 Waterslides – Fun is back
🚿 Showers – Hot and flowing!
☕ Café – Back to normal hours

What’s still to come:
Aquatic Playground – Reopening Saturday 16 August
Sauna – Reopening Friday 30 August

All other areas of PARC are open and operating as normal.
