Super Saturday at PARC
Come and try our Small Group Training!
We are offering FREE Small Group Training sessions for anyone who would like to come and try.
These 45minute sessions will show you how much fun it is to work out in a group, and demonstrates the benefits of working out with one of our qualified and experienced PARC trainers.
You will be taken through a full body weight training session, coached on how to lift weights safely and work to improve your lifting technique.
You do not need to be a member to come down and try, just book your spot via our Customer Portal here.
When: Saturday 15 July
Time: 8.00am and 9.00am
We’ll also have a tasting bar and all of the good vibes for a fun and active morning!
