About Julia

Julia is an enthusiastic personal trainer with a love for all things health and fitness!

She started in the gym as a teenager where she discovered her enthusiasm for strength training and since then has dedicated herself to expanding her skills across different fitness disciplines. She is committed to helping people of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through a holistic approach that tailors training styles to each person’s unique needs. She believes exercise is essential for a healthy mind and body throughout life and no one is too young or too old to begin their fitness journey!

She recently completed her first HYROX in the women’s double division which has peaked her interest in functional and hybrid style training so if this interests you then please reach out to Julia! 

 

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness

  • Completing Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science majoring in Exercise Physiology
