This weekend PARC is hosting the MS Mega Swim from 12pm Saturday 14 July until 12pm Sunday 15 July!
Come along and cheer on the teams as they swim to support people living with multiple sclerosis.
Please note there will be no shallow 25m lap lanes during this time.

Treat yourself with some relaxation, mindfulness and gentle activity to really give yourself the ‘me-time’ that you deserve. 😌
This event is free and open to members and casual visitors, so you can bring a friend and let them experience our calming slow flow yoga session.

As the days get shorter and it gets darker earlier, we want to remind our members and patrons to please be safety conscious when arriving or leaving the facility.
Please remember to lock your car, don’t leave valuables visible in clear sight in your car, and keep your personal belongings in a locker while in Centre.
We encourage all patrons to be extra vigilant with their belongings.

This year for Mother`s Day we invite you to gift that new mother or mother-to-be, a spot for their child to be on the Rotary Peninsula 2.0`s Birth Tree.
By joining the birth tree, their child`s name will be set on the plaque, cementing them as a part of the ever-growing Frankston community. Through the Birth Tree, $45 of every contribution goes straight back to PARC and PINES to help more children build confidence in the water. Your contribution will go directly to funding baby swim programs.
