This weekend PARC is hosting the MS Mega Swim from 12pm Saturday 14 July until 12pm Sunday 15 July!
Come along and cheer on the teams as they swim to support people living with multiple sclerosis.
Please note there will be no shallow 25m lap lanes during this time.

Over the past two years, our PARC community has amazed us with your generosity, providing support to those going through tough times. This year has been challenging for many, and we’re proud to continue supporting this wonderful initiative to give back.

🏊 VICSWIM summer intensive swim lessons are coming to PARC & PINES in 2025. 🏊
We will be hosting the VICSWIM Summer Holiday Intensive Swim lesson program in January.
The VICSWIM program is a low cost, intensive program teaching swimming and water safety to children from 4 years of age. Each program consists of daily lessons starting at the same time each day throughout the week.
Dates for the upcoming summer intensive programs are:

Week 2: 13-17 January, 8.30am-3pm

⭐️ Member Spotlight – Tanya Macrae ⭐️
Meet Tanya – a dedicated nurse, mum of two toddlers, and a SES Road Rescue volunteer.
Tanya not only keeps up wither her two little ones, but also meets the demands of her role as an SES volunteer, where she is required to pass seven different fitness and strength tests. Since joining Small Group Training with Nic Hough, Tanya has achieved incredible results. We are so impressed by her dedication and progress.
