At PARC we love connecting with local swimming groups and organisations that can access our pools either casually or on a regular weekly basis.

If you’re a swim group looking for a venue to hold your next swim meet, competition or fun day, then please get in touch now before you miss out – whatever the size or scale of your event we can cater for all needs. Plus, we also have PINES for an outdoor event!

Fab 50’s Swim

If you’re fabulous and over 50, then consider joining the not-for-profit Fab 50s club, run by a group of awesome volunteers!

It is a wonderful way to get active, happy and connected with members your own age maintaining fitness whilst enjoying some aquatic exercise to music.

There are over 160 male and female members of the group who are all dedicated to fitness and friendship – many have been members for over 25 years!

Class Times

Classes run every Friday, for 40 weeks of the year and do not run during school holidays. Times of classes are 10:00am, 10:50am, 11:40am, 12:30pm and 1:20pm

About the club

The club was founded in 1982, endorsed by The Frankston Council and PARC, always working for the welfare and fitness of our senior citizens.

Fab 50s is run by aqua aerobic coaches with 40 minute aqua sessions to great music at your own pace and level of fitness.

Membership info

Our full aquatic space is open to members on entry (lap pool, spa, sauna and steam room), even slides and tipping bucket, if that takes your fancy!. Afterwards you can hang around for a cuppa and chat at the PARC café.

Fees

Membership to Fab 50s is $20 per year. Payment is due by the 1st January each year.

Entry fees to PARC are nominated at a special rate for Fab 50 card-holders. Please be aware: Due to the popularity of the Fab 50s Club there is sometimes a wait list. Every effort is made to fit new members into classes as quickly as possible.

Flyers Swim Club

Fly further with access to the Flyers Swim Club after your PARC Swim graduation.

Flyers offers entry level squads all the way through to performance swimming at State and National levels and aims to develop talented swimmers to their maximum potential.

Flyers is fully affiliated with Swimming Victoria and Swimming Australia and is a registered competitive swimming club. The squads are structured to continue the learning experience from learn to swim and teach the rules around swimming. Further skills are developed such as Dives, Turns and Finishes. Swimmers are well prepared for School swimming sports, social race nights, or open water events. Once skills are established swimmers can go into our competitive stream where they race other clubs, or can cross train for other sports.

D5 Swim Club

D5 Swim Club is a high-performance program dedicated to helping swimmers of all ages and abilities reach their full potential in a supportive, results-driven environment. With our State and National squads based at PARC, we offer access to world-class facilities and expert coaching to support each swimmer’s development.

Our structured squad system provides a clear pathway from Learn to Swim graduates to athletes competing at the national level. Training is tailored to each squad’s needs, balancing skill development, fitness, and competition preparation. We offer four progressive squad levels based on age, ability, and commitment:

Development Squad
Learn to Swim graduates and district-level swimmers. Focuses on technique, endurance, and fostering a love for the sport.

Junior Performance Squad
Swimmers aged 12–13 and under, aiming to achieve multiple State qualifying times.

State Squad
Swimmers aged 12+ who have achieved State Age Long Course or Sprint qualifying times. This squad focuses on high-level training and competition readiness.

National Squad
Our elite group for swimmers competing at the national level. Entry is based on performance, commitment, and the Head Coach’s discretion.

Founded in 2021 by Head Coach Dez Gardiner, D5 Swim Club draws on his 35+ years of experience as an athlete, coach to foster a culture of excellence and personal growth.
