There is activity and fun for everyone in one of our many PARC pool areas!
Whether you’re looking for rehabilitation in our warm water pool, a hydro pool, keen for a lap swim, or the kids want a big SPLASH – we have an aquatic space for you!

Lap it up!
Our 50-metre heated indoor lap lane pool is great to be active for leisure swimmers or lap enthusiasts.
During the week we offer aqua group classes and after school and on weekends we have swimming lessons available in this pool.
The 50m pool is available Monday to Friday 5:00am to 8:00am and is 25m at all other times.
Depth is from 1.35m to 2.1m and it also features ramp access.
Great for kids to dip their toes in!
With a temperature of 32 degrees and a depth range from 0.55m to 1m it allows the perfect introduction to swimming.
This pool is mostly sectioned off into lanes for swimming lessons but is open to the public at certain times.
Perfect for younger swimmers!
Our toddlers pools are perfect for younger swimmers to be active and have fun in the water!
Both pools have shallow beach style entries, bubbles and sprays for them to enjoy. Set at 32 degrees temperature and is 0.6m at its deepest, kids of all ages love a splash about in these pools.
Relax and rehabilitate!
For those who want to relax and rehabilitate we have a spacious warm water pool area where you can soothe your body in our pool, spa, sauna or steam room.
Enjoy a restorative dip in our large heated pool that is 17m x 13.5m and is heated to 34 degrees. With ramp access to cater for all abilities, this pool offers a tranquil environment for rehabilitation.
Check availability before arrival as we do have some baby swim lessons and aqua classes in this pool. Access is also limited to ages 16+ without a medical certificate.
Heated to 37 degrees and fitted with varying pressure jets, it’s the perfect spot to unwind.
Heated rocks radiate temperatures of up to 85 degrees within the room and have a vent that continually brings in fresh air to limit the humidity build-up.
Saunas are a good choice for people with conditions that can be aggravated by humidity, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
Benefits:
- Reduces muscle tension
- Promotes relaxation and general well-being
- Helps improve circulation
Promotes sweating, which opens the pores and cleanses the skin.
Don’t forget:
Sweat towel and sandals/thongs!
A steam generator boils water to produce steam that is released into the air (creating a temperature of approximately 45 degrees). It is nearly airtight, so the humidity builds to 100 percent. The air is so damp that water condenses on the walls.
Steam rooms may be more comfortable for people with allergies or congestion in the chest or sinuses.
Benefits:
- Reduces muscle tension
- Promotes relaxation and general well-being
- Helps improve circulation
- Promotes sweating, which opens the pores and cleanses the skin
Don’t forget:
Sweat towel and sandals/thongs!
- Access is limited to ages 16+ without a medical certificate.
- Temperatures of our Warm Water Pool can fluctuate depending on movement of people in and out.
- Please limit your time in the Spa, Sauna and Steam Room to no more than 15 minutes.
- Prolonged increase in body temperature can be dangerous.
- Consideration of other visitors who may also want to use the space.
- If you start to feel dizzy or nauseous, remove yourself, drink some water and cool off.
- Drink plenty of water to replace the fluids lost through perspiration.
- Pregnant women should seek medical advice before using the Spa, Sauna and Steam Room.
- Children under 16 are not permitted to use the Sauna or Steam Room unless approved by a medical professional.
- If you suffer cardiovascular problems, we recommend not using the Sauna or Steam Room.
- Patrons are not to lay down in the Sauna or Steam Room unless they have provided a medical certificate to Reception or to be sighted by a staff member.
- Lap swimming, backstroke or swimming with the head submerged is prohibited.Â
- Rough play, splashing, jumping, bombing or diving is not permitted in this area.
