PARC Swim Teacher Availability Survey - Term 2 - 2026

As we head towards the end of Term 1 2026 we continue to focus on providing consistency of teachers for all classes. When allocating shifts for term 2 the PARC Swim management team will be looking at swim teaching performance and consistency in term 1. Please complete this survey by Sunday 15 March 2026 to be considered for shifts in term 2.

If you are a Deck supervisor, please confirm you understand the above number of shifts you have stated can be either in water or on deck shifts(Required)
I understand I must meet the requirements of the Essential Agreement. If I can no longer meet the requirements I will email PARC Swim.(Required)
Please select your availability for rostered shifts for term 2 (term dates are Monday 13 April to Sunday 5 July 2026)(Required)

Swim Teacher & Deck Training - Our mandatory training for all swim teachers and deck supervisors, please select the session/s you will be attending (Deck Supervisors must attend the deck training on the same day of their swim teacher training)(Required)
Reminder - To meet Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations (GSPO) all teachers must attend PARC Swim training. Teachers can not miss two trainings in a row.(Required)(Required)
