Customer Satisfaction Survey results – The movers and the shakers.

We run our customer survey every 6 months. With this feedback, we identify key areas to focus on to improve the experiences, programs and services we offer, living our commitment to continuous improvement.

Compared to our last survey, we are pleased to share that we saw significant improvement in the:

🏊‍♂️ Availability of aquatic programs and classes
🏋️ Availability and access to group fitness classes
📱 90% Rated the app experience as neutral, good or excellent
