Thank you to our visitors and members who completed our recent Customer Satisfaction Survey. The feedback we received is so valuable in helping us to continue to deliver exceptional service and facilities.
Pleasingly, we saw an overall increase in the likelihood to recommend and likelihood to visit Pines again next season.
The survey identified areas where we had improved from last season, including our kiosk service and offering, safety and security, as well as our online booking system for group bookings.
There were some areas of focus highlighted, including opening hours of the facility and facility maintenance.
