PARC Closure Lockdown Extension – Monday 16 August

In line with the lockdown extension announcedsadly PARC will have to remain closed for a further 2 weeks. We hope to reopen on Friday 3 September, unless there is another Government announcement advising otherwise.

Memberships remain on suspension during this further lockdown period. All membership accounts will be credited for the closure period. This will be applied at the next direct debit payment. 

Stuck inside? Here’s some things you can do to feel good, stay connected and keep moving!

  • Join an Online Group Personal Training session: Delivered via video from the comfort of your home, join the PARC Personal Trainers you know and love. Offered at a discount throughout the closure, these bookings are available here.
  • Get your kids onto PARC Your Way: Sick of the home schooling headaches? We offer FREE, online Active Kids classes via PARC Your WayActive Kids provides 20 minutes of energy burning fun for your 5 to 12 year olds. The classes cover everything from dance, circuit, balance, agility and mindfulness.Why not share the link with your friends and their little ones too? All they need to do is sign up for free here!   • Challenge a loved one to meet you online for a class: We know for many of you, working out is as much about being with your friends and community, as it is about being fit and healthy. Invite your friends to get online at the same time as you and do a LIVE PARC Your Way class. Bright bathers = safer swimmers 🌈🩳 

Our PARC Swim team demonstrate that when it comes to swimwear for little ones, the right colour can matter! 

🟡 Bright colours like neon orange, pink, yellow or lime green can be easier to spot. 
🔵 While some dark or pale colours and may disappear in busy pools or in open water. 

As we enter the height of Summer, and more of us in and around water, help your children stand out for all the right reasons!

New additions to the Group Exercise 2026 timetable! 🏋️‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️

We are excited to announce that we will be adding four new classes to this year’s group exercise timetable! Starting next Monday 2 February, our new class formats are: 

LES MILLS Strength Development �A progressive 12-week strength training program designed to build muscle, improve lifting technique, and increase confidence.

Tummy, Hips & Thighs �A moderate-intensity resistance-based class focused on toning and strengthening the lower body and core. 

BODYPUMP Heavy �A tempo-based strength training class that uses heavier weights, slower movements, and longer recovery periods to build lean muscle and improve overall strength. 

Les Mills Shapes (Sculpt Pilates) �An energising workout blending Pilates, barre, and power yoga, set to modern music.

PARCFit Outdoor is back! 💪🏃 

Calling all Full Access Members! Join our PARC trainers and a community of likeminded people to work out in the beautiful surrounds of Frankston. 

Dates: Monday and Friday from Monday 9 February – Monday 30 March 

Time: 5.45am - 6.45am 

Where: Alternating each week between Beauty Park and Frankston Pier 

What: 60-minute sessions which will involve strength and conditioning using bodyweight exercises, running, and some equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes and resistance bands. 

Bookings: Book in like a standard Group Exercise class. All sessions are open to bookings 8 weeks prior to our first sessions, so you can book them all in one go!
