Labour Day Public Holiday Opening Hours

PARC is open this upcoming Labour Day Public Holiday, Monday 13 March 2023 Head down to PARC to keep your routine up or have some fun with the family in the water this Labour Day public holiday! Our Opening Hours and Service Avalibility: PARC: 7am-7pm PINES: 8am-6pm Waterslides: 10am-6pm Cafe: 8am-6pm Creche: Closed PARC Swim: No lessons A reduced group exercise timetable will be running due to the Public Holiday. Log on to Xplor for class details.

It`s Men`s Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day:
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week
😄 Exercise with friends!

We`ve got an intergalactic adventure waiting for Aquanauts, big and small these school holidays. If you`re looking to escape the cold (and boredom), head down to PARC and check out all the fun we have in store:

Congratulations to all of our members who have worked so hard over the last 4 weeks. It`s been AMAZING seeing so many members take on the challenge, and achieving their 30-20-2!

Supporting Our Community: Free Period Products available at PARC

We’re excited to be part of the Victorian Government’s Free Pads and Tampons in Public Places Program, and have two new smart sanitary dispenser`s product installed in our change rooms.

How the dispensers work:

🧡 Products are dispensed free of charge
🧡 Simply follow the instructions displayed on the front of the machine
🧡 A short delay between dispenses helps ensure fair access and reduces wastage

We’re proud to be participating in this program and helping support our community. By providing free access to essential products, we’re ensuring our members and guests can focus on their health and wellbeing without added barriers.
