Important Notice: Main Pool Hall closure 8 – 14 July

Closure Notice: The Main Pool Hall will be closed from Monday 8 July – Sunday 14 July

Dear PARC Members and Users,

At PARC, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality facilities and experiences. Our building, now a decade old, requires planned closures to keep everything running smoothly and safely. To maintain our industry-leading standards, we must occasionally undergo essential and planned maintenance and replacement works.

Main Pool Hall Closure Works:

In partnership with the Frankston City Council, we are undertaking significant replacement works in the main pool and waterslide plant rooms. This means that the entire Main Pool Hall will be closed from Monday 8 July – Sunday 14 July.

The primary focus of this work will be replacing the outdated main switchboard that controls the entire main pool hall plant room and the waterslide plant switchboard. This essential upgrade will enhance the efficiency and reliability of our systems, ensuring a better experience for all our visitors.

Scheduled Maintenance Period:

We have strategically scheduled a shutdown from Monday, 8 July to Sunday, 14 July to minimise disruption. This week, coinciding with the school holidays and a break from swimming lessons, is our quietest period. During this time, the main hall aquatic space, including the 50m pool, learn-to-swim pool, and Aquatic Playground will be closed. However, our Warm Water Pool, Childcare, Café, health and wellness facilities, and group exercise classes will remain open. The Main Pool Hall will reopen at 5am on Monday 15 July.

Our partners at Davenport Physiotherapy are gearing up for the winter footy season! 🏉❄️

They have recently shared this amazing story of one of their clients, Cooper, who’s set to return to footy after more than a year on the sidelines following ACL surgery. What a huge achievement! 👏

If you are recovering from an injury, and would like to see how they can support you on your journey, you can visit their website to find out more, or to book an appointment.
