Please be aware that we are experiencing ongoing issues with our Accessibility Hoists, particularly those in our Warm Water Pool Area.
We understand this is an important piece of equipment for our community to ensure access, and we are working hard with our supplier and partners to resolve these challenges.
At present we do not have resolution, but we can advise that hoists in the Family Change and Upstairs are fully operational and available via the lift. Please ask a staff member for directions to the closest you can use.
