Assets update: What’s been happening behind the scenes at PARC

As we wrap up the year, we reflect on the improvements and upgrades completed at PARC this year. Our building, now a decade old, requires planned works and closures to keep everything running smoothly and safely.

This year, in partnership with Frankston City Council, our Asset and Facilities team completed 1,031 planned and reactive maintenance and upgrade projects.

Some of the big improvements included:

Cafe appliance and flooring upgrade
Aquatic playground upgrade and re-paint
Spa and Warm water pool jet pump upgrade
Carpet replacement project
Pool Filter service
Waterslide improvements, including the tower air conditioning upgrade
Chlorine transfer system upgrade
