Freedom to Feel Good

PARC presents our very first Freedom to Feel Good workshop, hosted by Kinesiologist Zsuzsa Toth.

Held across two nights, this fun, interactive and educational workshop delivers life skills and tools to help overcome adversities in life. Move away from being stuck, overwhelmed, stressed or anxious, and create a life of peace, empowerment, joy and overall wellness. These workshops include:
  • Kinesiology modalities
  • Meditations
  • Visualisations
  • Breathwork
  • Written processes
  • Mind/body awareness
What you get:
  • 22 easy to apply ‘life skills tools’
  • Freedom to feel Good work booklet
  • Professional Kinesiologist working with you

It's Men's Health Week! 🏋️‍♂️

We wanted to take a moment, and share some ideas on how to incorporate more movement into your day: 
🚶 Go for a walk after a meal
⚡️Use the stairs instead of the elevator 
💼 If you work at a desk, try and get up and move or stretch every 30 minutes
💪 Aim to do two strength sessions per week 
😄 Exercise with friends!

Congratulations to all of our members who have worked so hard over the last 4 weeks. It's been AMAZING seeing so many members take on the challenge, and achieving their 30-20-2!
