PARC Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

The results are in! Thank you for participating in our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Customer Satisfaction Survey. We are so grateful for your open and honest comments, and for taking the time to provide feedback on your experiences with us. We received some really positive feedback, with 8.9/10 overall satisfaction with PARC, and 8.8/10 satisfaction with our facility. The survey results are vital in helping us provide the best possible service and experience at PARC, highlighting what you love, as well as areas we can focus on. Chatting with our winner, Mel! 🏆

In June, we attended the Aquatic Recreation Victoria industry awards, where excitingly our very own Mel was awarded the prestigious Membership Sales Award.

Mel’s dedication, and commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive for members has earned her the top prize in 2026. In celebration of this incredible achievement, we sat down with Mel for a Q&A session to chat about her win, journey and what working at PARC means to her.

Although we are out, we still have World Cup Fever at PARC ⚽️

This week, show support to our boys in Green and Gold or whoever you are backing in the World Cup by wearing your team colours to train in the Gym!

All you need to do is get one of our friendly gym team members to take a photo of you in team colours at PARC and you will go in the draw to win a PARC prize pack.

A friendly reminder that your PARC parking permit may be due to expire at the end of this month.

Meet Caz! 🚴‍♀️

Caz has been part of Team PARC since doors opened in 2014! She teaches RPM, Les Mills Shapes and Reformer Pilates.

Caz is passionate about creating classes that are FUN, welcoming and challenging for everyone, catering for all fitness levels. Her classes are all about good vibes, feeling included and having fun while you move. Her approachable style and supportive energy make it easy for everyone to feel seen, comfortable and part of the group.

Caz always loves to welcome new faces to her classes, so if you get the chance, book into one of her sessions and experience the fun for yourself!
