3MP Radio brings PARC to life

This year we are encouraging our members and guests to make 2022 your Year of Health. We have partnered with local radio station 3MP and invited their morning host Julie Strini to come in every week for 8 weeks, and experience the benefits of being a PARC member for herself. We are really excited to be helping Julie on her own personal Year of Health journey.  

So much of being a member here is about the people, the community, the inclusion, the vibe…  but this is hard to demonstrate on paper – so why not get someone in to experience it and bring it to life!

Here’s a video of Julie’s first visit… and we’ll keep you up to date on her journey with us over 8 weeks!

A friendly reminder that we will be closing at 6.00pm on Christmas Eve, Wednesday 24 December, and will be CLOSED Christmas Day, Thursday 25 December.

We will be back open on Boxing Day, Friday 26 December, with reduced opening hours, from 7am- 7pm.
